Morning: 1 cup brewed coffee/tea + 1 tbsp granulated sugar
Lunch: grilled steaks/1.5 ounces boiled + lettuce + 1 fresh fruit (pear)
Evening: 2.5 oz chicken steamed in banana fruit + 1

Mayo Diet menu day 3 and day to 10:

Morning: 1 cup brewed coffee/tea + 1 tbsp granulated sugar
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs mature + 1 bunch spinach + tomatoes + pear

Diet menu Mayo 7th day:

Morning: 1 cup brewed coffee/tea without sugar
Lunch: 1.5 ounces grilled steaks + 1 fresh fruit (pear)
Night: 2 boiled eggs ripe 2 bananas

On the 14th, you can start again consume food menu that is commonly eaten. However, should alleviate some of the menu foods that contain lots of sugar and fat.
